Hello there, my name is Elizabeth but I usually go by 'Plushie' or 'Eli'. Plushie Is because I'm overly enthusiastic about hugs and the like. I was rather reluctant to join, because this site seems very complex and I wasn't sure if it's more of a sparring RP area, or not. I just sorta pushed myself in the deep end of the lake, but I'm sure your a very good community that's kind enough to help a new member out, right?
Well I'm off to continue figuring out how to do this, thanks for reading my fail of an introduction.

This site is more about making a good story than sparring. Sparring forums typically could care less about lore and focus more on combat abilities. We try to stress the start small and grow into strength aspect here
Welcome to the site. Don't feed the cat

Hey! Welcome to Shades of Vertigo! If you need help with just navigating and making sense of the information, we have a forum guide right here, and we're always ready to answer any questions you may have down in Cbox. C: We're most definitely a story-driven site, not just a RP sparring area, which we actually have had to remind some people when it comes to character development. While combat will be a part of the RP experience here because of the series it's based on, you are in no way limited to even mostly doing RP combat threads. Although some people may choose to turn threads into sparring matches with one another, the vast majority of threads here are social interactions between characters. Some people do prefer casual RP, while others like to jump right into doing missions and getting stronger abilities, and you're entirely free to pursue any mix of the two that you want. Ddy Roc so mean
