Animosity Asylum Enter if you dare. . .
The year is 2012 and Animosity Asylum is a place for the sick in need of help and a cure. It is said to be wonderful and prosperous. If only that were true. It’s a place of despair and disease. Patients are being beat, used, experimented on, and killed all for the purpose of the government. The story begins back in 1990. The Leviathans gave birth to a beautiful young child, Animosity. She was so named, due to the hatred the mother had for the small town of Al-Qalamoun, Lebanon. The population was very small, 637 residents. The town itself was little, also. There were murders happening and no one would do anything about it, so the murderers ran amuck the citizens. After Animosity Grew up in her hometown for seven years, Eela, the mother, finally came up with the money to move to the US. There, they lived in Waterville, Maine and the mother, Eela, founded an Asylum. She named it after her daughter, Animosity. Ten years went by and her father, Taurin, was growing “sick“. He was having illusions of a “gift“ he had, so the Eela placed Taurin in the Asylum to help him. Animosity did everything in her power to help her mother hold open the Asylum because they were running low on income. A year went by and Eela met a doctor. Craig Lovitz. He was CEO of a closed down hospital. Why the medical center was shut down, no one knows.
A year after having met the Doctor, she married him due to the economy. The Leviathan family was low on income, the dad was in the asylum and dying, and they were on the verge of closing down. Taurin eventually passed, Eela and her daughter were in shock. This was when Animosity‘s ability awakened. She soon realized at age 18, she could dream jump. Soon after, while walking around the nearby town, Animosity witnessed a murder. She did not see who either the victim nor killer was.
This was when her mother mysteriously disappeared, Craig took over the Asylum, and Animosity was placed in it herself. She constantly asked where her mother was, and her step dad told her that she was off spending his money and wanted nothing to do with her because she was sick. Craig then took a fancy to Animosity and often dressed her up and took her on dates. She really had no choice because he told her if she ever refused, she’d never see her mother again. So for the next year she despised Craig and often tried to invade his dreams for information. But, her weakness and meds kept her ability in tact. To this day she is still trying to find her mother.
Little does Animosity, or any other patient, know that Craig is working for the government. The military is trying to build an army of “superhuman” individuals. They hoped to destroy their enemies and take control of their government; thus expanding the U.S. around the world. The Asylum is now a “collection” of lab rats, or people with gifts. The doctors perform tests on these inhabitants to push them to their limits where either they become stronger and given to the military or…they break and die away. So far only a few have survived the assessments and sold to war and training, but not one patient knows what happens to the others who have “made it out alive”. They believe they were cured and released, but boy, we’re they ever wrong…
