Welcome to Celene City! Celene City is city that was remade close by to where the Raccoon City tragedy happened. Several months after the tragedy, this City was funded by the Umbrella Corporation. Survivors from the tragedy inhabit the city, and all seemed to be going well for three years. Business came in from all over the map, and scientist came to help the Umbrella Corporation, parks and small establishments cropping up all over.Three years after the City was made though, odd things started to happen. People in the city went missing, including a well renowned scientist or two. Communications to the mansion that was a well known location of some officials from Umbrella suddenly stopped. Then civilians started to go missing, and finally, the signs of another outbreak happened in this city as well.
This time the citizens of Celene were prepared for such an outbreak, and a wall was erected around the heart of the city. S.T.A.R.S. were flown in from different areas as well as the ones that were already there. Any Umbrella members from the main mansion that were alright were evacuated to the second facility in the city. There was just one small problem with this outbreak, the zombies were intelligent.
Those that were infected with the T-Virus are still slower, yes, but they could talk and retain their memories. Injuries healed faster, except for if they were infected by a bite. The bite that caused infection would stay, and might cause more damage if not well protected. Special experiments from the depths of the mansion, different types of Tyrants, came to the surface. Parasite carriers that have a grasp on their will run around, and the parasite can take their will once again, making them slaves to the need to feed. Each of them are more intelligent, and many of them try to control the hunger, but each has a breaking point.
On occasion an infected that looks normal will sneak into the city, trying to get their family.Some escape, some don't, and there have been S.T.A.R.S. as well as normal civilians that have been snatched and dragged into the Mansion. The Mansion is the major hot zone outside of the perimeter, and they still have to figure out how to manage the problem. Traveling too far away from the compound results in death, and they've run out of most of the gas. Now it's a fight for survival, seeing what exactly will win out this time.
