Outfit No.1
Just another Death City day for Shibusens Demon Furnace, wandering the streets with an aimless intention, people watching from a wooden bench on the side walk. The people here fascinated him with a bold curiosity, though the people here didn’t seem that way inclined to people. Most unfortunate for the Furnace. Niels stood out amongst those who stood out despite the rising amount of nobles entering Shibusen. It seemed like the school was the only option for those princes who were trained to fight. Niels wasn’t one of them. So far Death City was acting as a secret Asylum. Even they didn’t know what he had done and it was better that way. But Niels didn’t think what he had done was wrong. Not one bit. But then again, this was Niels. His sense of right and wrong was…lacking. Either way, he managed to carry on his days skipping as he went. Before he got too hot that is.
So far, nothing interesting had happened. He’d tried to talk to people with little success which put the slightest dampener on his mood. He loved people, but more often than not, people didn’t love him. The world was a cruel one. In the end Niels had moved away from the busy Death City streets, and had started to make his way back home to the upper class residence where he resided and had been living for the past few weeks as he settled into Death City life. Niels skipped all the way down through the residential area; smiling and waving to the people he passed. Some laughed at him, other meekly waved back, and some just ignored him. People could be so rude sometimes! He wondered if all commoners had no manners or if that’s just what people were like around here. Well, he’d have to sort them out! Sometimes they looked miserable and if he tried to help they would just tell him to go away. So ungrateful!
Niels should have been home by now, if he hadn’t been distracted by a girl sitting all alone on another bench in the Residual Park nearer the upper class area. He’d stopped and walked over to her, sitting next to the girl who had been texting, but was now sitting awkwardly next to Niels, smiling like an idiot. Many times he had tried to strike up conversation, but she ignored him. In the end she’d gotten up and walked away, leaving Niels, still smiling, hardly noticing she’d left. A few hours later, as he sat still on the bench, and young boy had run passed, a pile of fluff in his hands. Niels got up, and said goodbye to the girl who no longer sat there, and followed the small boy, wondering what he was up to…
If Niels had run he would have caught up, but he wasn’t a fan of running in the heat. When he appeared, the boy was glaring down at a book. How uninteresting. It was time for Niels to intervene! ”Why, good evening!” He started, smiling down at the boy and his rabbit. If Niels was normal, he probably would have questioned why this boy had a bunny. The Furnace leant forward, peering at the book Ashley was holding. ”…What have you got there?” He asked. It was one way to start, there was no way this cuuutteee little boy could avoid him now!
