Equipment that grants a character no special advantages {like a keepsake pendant or ring from a special person, for example} does not have to be listed, but you can if you want. So far what I have, I do have questions though. Like already to be asked. For one, On the Weapon Forms is it better to just try and describe it or do that and supply a picture (unless no pictures.) That's all so far actually >.<
