Like most teenage girls, Sakura’s outfits change frequently. Unlike most teenage girls, however, Sakura wears clothing that you’d probably see more on a man than you would a girl. But, we’ll get into that later. First, let’s explain her physical statistics. Standing at 5’5” and weighing 130 lbs, Sakura is pretty average, if not a little more thin than your average girl. Her skin is white, though you’ll notice a bit of tan in there. Her eyes are crimson hued pools, and if the saying ‘eyes are a window to the soul’ means anything, then the fire in those crimson eyes definitely fit’s the description. Her hair tends to go through various changes depending on what she feels like having it up in at the time, but her trademark look is a single tie in the back, keeping her hair in a pseudo-ponytail with her rather long bangs stretching down to just below her chest. Oh, and her chest size is exactly 38C, adding to the ‘average’ element.
Now, to get into the aforementioned clothing styles. Sakura’s trademark outfit, and the one she is seen most frequently is, consists of (from the shoes up) tennis shoes and white socks, with loose hanging jeans kept up with a black belt around the waist. For a girl, she also seems to wear boxers as opposed to the typical panties, adding more to the ‘tomboy’ish image. Her shirt is a loose hanging black long sleeved shirt with a rectangular ‘window’ design near the bottom of the stomach. Her bra is a matching black, and is bordering between the line of ‘too tight’ and ‘too loose.’ To finish off her typical outfit, she wears a short sleeved orange jacket over the black shirt, which she will take off if it’s too hot for her. It has two rectangular white block designs near the chest, and her collar is almost always popped up instead of flat. Now, we can get into her other attires.
The next attire in Sakura’s repertoire, excluding more casual clothing, is her next shirt/jeans combo. To start, she wears the same tennis shoes as always with the same socks, and all of her underwire is the same. The jeans are rolled up however, up to slightly below her knees. As well, due to the length of the long sleeved shirt this time, the black belt is in full view. For this attire, Sakura wears a white colored long sleeved shirt with the sleeves and v-pattern near the neck a dark blue. As well, the way she wears her hair is different with this outfit. She has a blue and yellow clip on the left side of her hair, and the hairtie is left out, letting her hair flow freely. Usually she won’t comb it when it’s like this, however, giving her an overall “wild” appearance.
One of the next attires is a lot more ’school’ oriented, and Sakura will only wear it during special school occasions such as a play, orientation, or sports event. To start, she wears black colored dress shoes and knee socks that stock just below the middle of her thigh. The skirt she wears is denim material, and the black belt she wears is usually missing. The shirt she wears is white with black stripes in a vertical pattern, with circular designs on the bottom of the shirt resembling flowers. Finally, she wears a red colored vest-type jacket over the shirt, which has long sleeves, evidence that the jacket is too large for her. This outfit is usually also chosen when it is raining or snowing out, and she tends to wear a backpack along with it to carry her things around and to “accent the look”, or so she says.
Finally, we get to the last ’special’ attire Sakura wears; her formal attire. This attire can be considered a drastic change in her usual clothing style, and because of which she will only be seen wearing it when the dress type HAS to be ’formal’ such as a school dance or some fancy party. First and foremost, Sakura will remove her hairtie and actually comb her hair so that it’s straight. Secondly, she will wear fancy dress shoes with long socks that stop a medium length above her ankle. This is one of the only times she will also wear panties as opposed to boxers, and a long white skirt that extends down to a little past her knees is also worn. To finish off the outfit, she wears a very fancy purple dress with gold colored linings, and a special purple tie attached to her neck.

KEY ATTRIBUTES:
PERSONALITY: As if the tsundere motif hasn’t been noticed yet, let us reiterate. Sakura is a tsundere. Unlike most tsundere however, who have a strict tsuntsun and deredere side, Sakura is a lot more complex. First, let’s start with some of the outer personalities she will show. First and foremost, Sakura is a hyperactive type of person. She is the embodiment of a tomboy, getting along much more with a guy crowd than with the girls. Sakura is far from a typical teenage girl, and is constantly trying to find things that will gorge her boredom and devour it. Sakura is far more interested in things such as fighting Kishin Eggs and Witches than putting on make-up and playing with dolls. This could stem from the fact that, back in Sakura’s childhood, she never had a father and took up the ‘man of the house’ role so that her mother could relax. Sakura isn’t a very hard person to approach, far from it. She will willingly start conversations with strangers, even though the first word out of her mouth might end up being a snark or a sarcastic comment…
However, this is just an outer personality that Sakura has. In reality and deep down, she is selfish, arrogant, rude, sarcastic, malicious, and other words that describe being stand-offish. When Sakura does let her own mask drop and shows how she feels somewhat deep down, many people are drawn away from this hyperactive pink headed girl. Sakura will find ways in a conversation to put the blame on anyone else if she is backed up into a corner, and extremely harsh insults will bombard a person if they are to make her mad. Sakura will also pout, a lot, if the conversation isn’t going her way. If the topic can make her easily embarrassed, such as romance or sex, she will instantly blush and start to scream at the person as opposed to just lashing out insults, maybe even shoving them or attacking them physically. These qualities together combine to form the wonderful tsundere that is Sakura.
In battle, Sakura is a force to be reckoned with, deciding that brute force and Soul Purge would easily triumph if given the right strategies and tactics to go along with them. Sakura also refuses to stay in one place for a prolonged period of time, feeling that being a sitting duck is far from beneficial during a fight. Also, Sakura will continuously lash insults and snark comments out at the opponent, trying to rile them up into anger and make them lose their head. Sakura does this constantly, even when not in battle, because she finds it amusing to make other people angry. She also makes it her personal goal to make other people absolutely miserable if they tick her off or if they do something to her that really hits home.
Deep down, even further past her tsuntsun personality, her deredere side is seen. Sakura is absolutely afraid of ever being alone or consistently being ignored by everyone she cares about. Sakura continuously flips alliances and sides due to the fact that she is an opportunist, but as well because she can’t stand not having someone by her side, physically and emotionally. If changing sides makes someone angry, it doesn’t matter to her so long as it makes someone happy and by her. When it comes to romance and love, Sakura claims she doesn’t have time for it, but will still accept date offers if anyone throws them out there. Sakura could be classified as asexual though because she has shown interest in playful flirting toward both sexes, she is most likely truly bisexual. Oh, and another comedic factor to add into her personality is that she can be somewhat of a pervert, acting like she absolutely hates the ideas of perverts while she would rather steal the book they were reading so she could read it herself. Of course, as a typical tsundere, she denies this part of her personality entirely when in public.
HISTORY: To add to the laundry list of differences between Sakura and typical girls, Sakura was told rather bluntly by her mother how her father walked out on the family. Sakura was told that the man had been a Meister and formerly they went to Shibusen together. While they could never be on a team, Sakura was told about how much her mother loved him, and how on the day he was to graduate was when he proposed. They got married, did the nasty, and when Sakura’s father found out that her mother was pregnant he was never seen from again. What made it worse was that he told Sakura’s mother that he would be back in the span of a year, and it’s been 16+ years since that false promise. When Sakura’s mind had developed to a certain level of understanding, she took it upon herself to become the ‘man’ of the house, and this is where the roots to her tomboyish self began.
Her mother wasn’t against it, having been a tomboyish girl in her own youth and a more calm woman once a mother and bought Sakura a lot of the boy clothes that she picked out. While it raised a few eyebrows, the Shimamiya family didn’t pay any mind to it, and Sakura was content with the life that she lived with a single mother. With the way Sakura acted toward insults in school, along with the way that she would act flustered and embarrassed when any guys asked her out or proposed their love to her, she began to gain the nickname ‘The Pink Tsundere’ on account of her hair. This only infuriated her and made her feel even more lonely, feeling like there was no one in the school that could relate to her or even accept her. This was when the hyperactive mask over the tsundere personality began to form, and when Sakura entered middle school, everyone met a whole new girl.
Sakura acted punkish for a while, pulling pranks and hanging out more with the guy crowd as time went on. She even acted like a flirt, teasing and leading people on then shooting them down when they tried to get any further. Sakura showed an intense interest in sports that dealt with physical contact, and would always seem a little more eccentric than your average person. One day, when Sakura had gotten into a fight with a bigger and stronger boy, she broke one of his arms and apparently caused him internal injuries. This was when Sakura’s mother scolded her not for what she had done to the boy (the charges were dropped) but how she had done it. Sakura began to train under her mother (whom had informed her constantly throughout her life of her Meister blood) and developed a fighting style that was a mixture of mixed martial arts and street brawling. When a man tried to attack her and well, do things that would end him up on an episode of Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, she blew him away and (while not getting out unscathed) went on home.
Sakura’s mother began to see how much Sakura improved, and decided that on her fifteenth birthday, they would begin preparing to send her off to Nevada in the United States. Sakura was shocked but didn’t allow her mother to notice how hurt she was, deciding to hide her hidden feelings even from her own mother. However, Sakura couldn’t fool the one who raised her, so she gave her a special necklace with a jewel attached to it. Sakura was told that her mother’s mother gave it to her as a memento of the Shimamiya family, and to never lose it no matter what she did. To this day, Sakura still wears the pendant around her neck, though tucks it into her shirt so it isn’t in immediate view so it won’t be stolen or destroyed. On the day of her fifteenth birthday, preparations began to move and Sakura dropped out of high school. While the outward reason was never known, and Sakura would never know this, the people in the school that had recently called her the Pink Tsundere dropped the moniker, and those that had the guts to get in contact and say goodbye apologized for the nickname. (which was met with harsh insults and a click from the other end of the phone)
For a year Sakura would adjust to her new life in Nevada, learning the language and getting acquainted with how different it was from Japanese culture. As well, she brought minimal suitcases with her, having packed her normal outfits in one suitcase and special outfits in the other. A few necessities, such as hair ties and some food was brought with her, but her wallet (another manly feature to her) was stored up with a large sum of money. The money was exchanged once it was found out it wasn’t American dollars but Japanese yen, and Sakura bought what she now currently has in her Shibusen apartment. Now at sixteen years old, Sakura prepares for her next day of school within Shibusen. During the aforementioned year, Sakura would gain better control of her latent Soul Purge ability, able to use it averagely in accordance with her fighting style. With the personality, strengths, weaknesses, physical equipment and specific outfits handy, Sakura continues her life in Death City, Nevada, never forgetting where she came from, and always remembering to write to her mother daily. Even if she were to make a thousand enemies in Death City, she would always have her mother to lean back on, Sakura’s mother being the only aspect of Sakura’s life (ignoring minor details) that related her to a normal teenage girl.

KEY ATTRIBUTES:
Strengths
- Intelligent - Sakura is no fool, and is very intelligent both in book smarts and street smarts. Sakura tends to use the information she gathers either from books or people either against them or for her own gain. She also has a keen ability in retaining knowledge, though this does not extend to the level of photographic memory.
- Adaptive - In combat or non-combat situations (though more accented to the former), Sakura can adapt herself to the environment around her. If it is a foreign environment, she will be able to find things in said environment that are familiar to her. At the same time, she can adjust her personality and words accordingly, as well as her battle tactics and strategies.
- Forgiving - There is still the 'deredere' side of Sakura in her personality, and this is where it comes into play. Sakura is hurt just as much as anyone by betrayal, but if she can find some way to exploit someone who is trying to make amends, she will forgive them under false pretenses all to get what she wants in the end.
- Strong - Don't mistake Sakura as a weak little girl because of her tiny frame or gender. Sakura can hold her own with the 'big boys', and has been trained by her mother on how to fight with her hands and feet alone. This, coupled with the fact Sakura doesn't have the same 'female shame' as everyone else, can make her a deadly opponent on the battlefield.
- Perceptive - Be it in conversations or in battle, Sakura is very perceptive and can pick up on small things that others (or her temporarily/permanent allies) can't. While she chooses whether or not to let everyone know what she has seen or felt, Sakura will always use her vision and other senses to stay keen to everything. This also works during conversations, where she is able to see through some people's emotional masks and pick up on what they're truly feeling.
Weaknesses
- Sarcastic - A part of her personality that can hinder her both on the battlefield and in non-comabt situations. Sakura is extremely sarcastic, and it's almost as if she has comebacks on the fly in her brain. On the battlefield, Sakura has no issue belittling or insulting her opponents due to the fact that she believes victory is certain, and the angrier she makes someone the more drive they can have to defeat her, which can cause her to stumble and fall.
- Alone - Sakura prefers to do most everything alone, and this is a feature that will hinder her both in combat and life. Sakura refuses to let anyone get too close to her, and will become violent if they get past enough of her emotional barriers. At the same time, Sakura is the kind of person that will try to take everything onto her own shoulders, and will try to distract the enemy away from everyone else so that she can take them down herself. Whether this is to gain all of the fame or save her 'comrades' is situational.
- Angry - Sakura is a tsundere, and this is heavy on the tsun part. Many topics can make Sakura angry, and she is a loose cannon when it comes to others insulting her in any way. Sakura will lash out at people, showing that she can be very touchy at times. She will also change from her typical sarcasm to more blunt, vicious insults when this occurs and can grow physically violent if someone angers her enough.
- Arrogant - Sakura is cocky, period. She believes that no one can defeat her, be it in a physical or intellectual battle. While Sakura is still realistic to the fact that she is going to school and is in fact, not the best, she feels she is already close enough and that she can judge people through one conversation. On the battlefield she can also throw out insults if she is on the losing or winning side, and antagonize even her own teammates. She has also been known to insult ones she is fighting alongside, and even attacking them if they irritate her to that point or if she just feels like it.
- Lonely - The deep down part about Sakura, and what can hinder her on the battlefield. Sakura is scared of being alone, even though she tries to handle everything herself. She knows that she isn't truly alone because of how many people there are in this world, but if she were to be attacked by the madness wavelength or left alone without a single person in the vicinity, she could freeze up. This becomes a weakness on the battlefield due to the fact that she has to be near someone, be it an enemy or an ally. If she's too far away from either, she will begin to grow scared, and as much as she will try to fight it off she will still try to get as close to the action as she can so she doesn't become that way.
