It had been weeks since Rick had properly relaxed. Ever since he had lost some mobility in his left arm, he had been dedicated to finding a new method of fighting that wouldn't risk him getting killed. New ways of moving around in order to make up for his hampered parkour abilities. And so far, progress was extremely slow. Rick had been running himself ragged, passing out on the training room floor whenever he was exhausted. The only times he left were for classes, meals, and hygiene. Otherwise, he was unhealthily dedicated to his training.
Rick, garbed in a yellow and gray t-shirt, a pair of blue jeans, his usual hiking boots, fingerless gloves, and baseball cap matching his shirt, walked through the park slowly. Though it was warm out today, this weather didn't stop him from dressing the way he did. Hell, once he got back to Shibusen, he would just change into his sneakers and track pants, then start training all over again. But for now, he was taking in the sights of the park, for the first time since Bran beat some much needed sense into him.
As Rick passed by, he spotted a man behind a cart, selling various flavors of ice cream. Thankfully, the line was relatively short, so the weapon joined in. After waiting for five people, Rick's turn finally came up. "Do ya still have cookies and cream?", he asked the ice cream man. "As a matter of fact, I do!", replied the cheerful man. "Could I get a double scoop of that in a cone?", he asked the man, pulling out his wallet. The man scooped him the ice cream, with Rick handing him the money to complete the transaction, along with a dollar in the tip jar. "Have a good day!", replied the man as Rick walked off with his ice cream.
The weapon walked over to a vacant park bench. Once he had taken a seat, he started to eat his ice cream, enjoying the frozen treat slowly.

``LOLA;;&& an icy reception
"Look what you did you Bitch, look at my arm. I promise your going to pay for that!"
His words were like poison and once again Lola felt a sense of panic. By the look on his face she knew for a fact that James was going to come after her in one way or another. She could feel her fingers shaking. After the encounter with Rocton, James had come back a second time after school to try to get his revenge. But being by himself she easily slipped away in the crowd of leaving students. But she knew he wouldn't leave her alone after this. He was like Jeremy. He would come back for more. He was just like all men... well not all she guessed. Kyle was a good man and Kauss... She gulped with sadness and pushed the memory away. She now sat in the middle of the park on a bench under a beautiful oak tree. This was one of her favorite spots to be. It was calm, peaceful and she was able to watch the people around her easily. For now she had one of her many unfinished stories out that she planned on at least writing more to. It was about a boy. One who was in great pain inside. Though he acted on his pain in anger and got himself into much trouble with this. He would get into many fights because people would tease him. And then a transfer student came to the school and openly became his friend. Though The first boy got them both into deep trouble with a con artist that they had accidentally stumbled upon. Though, she did not yet have an ending to her story of course. She looked up from her paper, muse gone and looked around the park to see if she could find anyone that she knew. There was only one person. She thought to herself for a moment to see if she could remember his name. She had watched him in class multiple times and found him to be quite... repulsive. Just like any guy around the school, just a little bit more obnoxious. Hoping that the boy, who's name still escaped her, wouldn't look over here, she returned to her writing. But it didn't take long for her to have a familiar feeling of being watched and she looked up again. Her eyes scanned the park paths and they landed on a single teenage boy. One of whom was walking right towards her. James. She panicked and stood up to start running, but she tripped as she did and dropped her note book and pen, giving James enough time to close the distance between them. This time the miester boy wore a long sleeved shirt so that she couldn't scratch him again. Her eyes widened, but she made no noise as she went to once again struggle against his firm grip around her upper arm. He pulled her behind the tree behind the bench, which just happened to be big enough to hid behind, trying to keep the eyes of viewers away from the sight of them. Then he thrusted Lola up against it and got very close. "Like I said pretty thing, you won't get away with that." Fear enclosed around her and she could feel that panicky emotion crashing down on her. She thought about screaming for help until he put his hand over her mouth to quiet her down. With him this close, there was no way for her to punch him like she did the last time. There was no room. So thinking quickly she went through her options to find something that might work. She could transform, but then he would pick her up and the whole thing would start over again. As his face got close to hers she felt her uselessness. His strength was too much for her. If only she had made some kind of sound when she had the chance. [/blockquote]

Normally, Rick would take the chance to cause trouble at the park. Whether he put on a display of headbanging in order to weird the people out, or do something absurdly stupid to make himself look like an idiot were two things he most commonly did in the park. However, for two visits in a row, Rick didn't really feel like looking like a professional ass-clown. However, unlike the last time, where he came to sulk, he just wanted to relax in the warmth. For too long had he been cooped up in that training area, overextending himself in the pursuit of new ways of fighting.
As Rick continued to enjoy his ice cream, he could hear a light thud. When he looked in the direction of the thud, he saw someone trip, dropping her notebook and pen. That was when he saw another student, a male in a sweater, come up and grab her. The two of them seemed to preoccupied in what they were doing to notice him observing what was going on.
Eventually, it all ended when the male took the female behind the tree. With an eyebrow raised, Rick thought about whether or not he should investigate. He didn't know what the fuck was going on, not having a good enough view to observe their facial expressions. Hell, why should he care about what was going on? If it was indeed danger, maybe the female could handle herself. But then, what if she couldn't? What if she was being bullied by this meathead?
After a moment of deciding, Rick walked over to the tree where the male dragged to in order to break line of sight with the other park goers. Rick slowly crept around, attempting to sneak up on the two. What he found was the male pinning the female to the tree, using his hand to cover her mouth. Her eyes were filled with fear.
Thankfully, the male didn't seem to notice Rick's approach, while the female did. Rick crept up behind the male of the two, contemplating his next move as he moved up towards him. He could either land in a sneak attack and donkey punch the shit out of him, or he could just shout into his ear. It depended on whether Rick would want to end this quickly, or get into a brawl with the male.
Not having been in a real fight since the scrap with Bran, Rick got close to the male. Rick put his head up to his ear slowly. When his mouth was up to his ear, he opened it wide, and spoke up.
"SURPRISE, BITCH!"
Rick shouted those two words into the male's ears as loudly as he could. He immediately took some steps back, in an attempt not to get grabbed or struck by the male.

``LOLA;;&& an icy reception
When that boy she saw earlier appeared behind James she saw him immediately. She made no visible indication to James that she saw him, though knowing the reputation of the boy who found her she had no idea what his next move would be? Humiliation? Well, that would be better than what James was probably thinking. She could feel his breath on her cheeks now. Yuck... Then she watched carefully as the boy came closer. What was his name? She couldn't think of it. She could now feel her entire being slipping. She could feel her fear taking over her judgement. but when the boy got close enough to them she snapped back to reality as she saw him open his mouth to say something. Quickly she closed her eyes, ready for anything that he would throw at them.
"SURPRISE BITCH!!!!!"
As she merely flinched at the loud call, James jumped in surprise and nearly feel backward if it wasn't for him holding onto Lola's hands. Before she could respond to anything else, Lola took the opportunity to shove his hands away from her wrists and punch him in the gut. The bastard stumbled backward in pain as Lola heard the boy's voice once again. "I bet you did not see that shit coming!" Lola looked over in his direction and suddenly remembered his name. It was Rick. Rick Fader. And She knew of his rep very well. and why he hadn't done anything more violent to James in the first place kinda stumped Lola. And then she remembered how much of a sarcastic jerk he was, always making jokes at other people's suspense. But currently, she was kind of enjoying it. After a moment she saw out of the corner of her eye that James was recovering. Allowing her anger to take over for just a moment she lifted her foot and swung it so that it flew towards his jaw. He caught it in mid-air however, making Lola feel a little embarrassed. Then he lifted her foot up higher, causing her to fall backwards. For a moment she couldn't see anything except a flash of white, before seeing bubbles around her. Her mind was completely clouded until her eyes cleared and she could see James shoving Rick and turn back to her. Whatever happened while she was out happened and now James was on top of her slapping her face to wake her up. "Wake up, wake up dammit.""what?" she said softly for the first time. "What happened?" Suddenly all she could remember was tripping after seeing James come towards her, currently she didn't even know why she was on the ground with a huge headache.

The outcome of Rick's little stunt was so satisfying. It had been far too long since Rick had actually caused any trouble. As he backed away, and his victim managed to get free from his grasp and punch him, Rick laughed. "I bet you did not see that shit coming!", called out Rick to his victim.
Rick simply watched as the girl attempted to kick the motherfucker in the jaw. However, that went to shit as he managed to grab her foot, and slam her to the ground. But instead of outright continuing his assault, he walked over to Rick, who was distracted by Lola falling down, and got shoved to the ground by James. He then walked over to Lola.
With rage in his expression, Rick rolled onto his underside, and got up off the ground quickly. As he was just about to get to Lola, he ran up to the asshole from his flank, and attempted to punch him in the ribs. However, the weapon stopped dead in his tracks, his breathing becoming frantic. The weapon dug into his pockets, pulling out an inhaler from it. As he took the medicine in order to calm his breathing, James was free to attempt to slap the meister awake.
By the time she woke up, Rick was finished medicating, and back to walking over behind the meister. Rick quickly yanked James' head back by his hair with his left hand, his right hand punching him repeatedly in the back of the head. "Never. Turn. Your. Back. On. Your. Opponent. DUMBASS!", Rick yelled out between punches. This would continue on until he either struck back and got him to stop, or he fell unconscious.
