As usual, Sparrow was in a great mood today. After showering and getting dressed, he bolted out the door. Since there was no school today, he decided to dress casually. Because his tunic, pants and shirt were being cleaned today, he dressed differently. Instead, he was wearing a pair of blue jeans and a striped t-shirt, with light and dark stripes. However, he still wore his boots and gloves.
Sparrow's first days at Shibusen weren't so bad. While he hadn't made any close friends yet, he had managed to get the attention of a few people. Despite not knowing their names, Sparrow still looked forward to talking to them again, possibly becoming better friends with them. However, he hadn't come close to finding a partner, which slightly troubled him, however optimistic he was about finding said partner. Sparrow had walked around Death City for a bit, until he ran into an abandoned construction site. There were multiple things there, such as scaffolding, and even a metal chute going down to the ground. Immediately, Sparrow climbed up towards it. Eventually, the young Knight Meister reached his destination, going down the metal chute like a long, metal slide.
"WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE", exclaimed the boy as he slid down the chute. Eventually, he came down to the ground, landing on his butt. But nevertheless, he was laughing. He had fun going down the chute, and he planned on going again.

Alyss had decided to wander around town that morning instead of being alone in her small apartment since there was no class today. Sometimes being alone got the best of you, however Alyssa tried to be optimistic. She was dressed in a dark pink sweater and a black top with a medium-length skirt. There weren't many out this morning, despite there being no classes today. Perhaps they all or most of them decided to sleep in. She began to wander away from the main streets, admiring the structures of the buildings and the architecture. It was a bit of change from the city life in Oregon, though Oregon itself was a beautiful state. She wondered if she would ever see it again, she wasn't even sure if she was ready yet to go back. Or even if she could leave the academy. She knew there were missions that they went on, but she wondered if they could leave for leisure time. Like, vacation.
She happened to wander so far that she came to an edge of the city where there was being construction done. She looked at the top of the half made building and saw a boy about her same age standing on top of it. It wasn't safe to be up there. She waved to him, to try and get him down but he didn't seem to see her. Moments later he went down the metal chute that ran down the side of the building. She thought that he would get himself hurt and ran to the end of the slide. She saw him laughing and smiling, like he had had fun going down the slide. She was glad he was okay and relief swept over her.
"I don't think its safe to be doing that.." she said walking up to him, though she was a bit reserved.

Her first few days hadn’t exactly gone as swimmingly as Lei would’ve hoped after being accepted by one of the world’s most prestigious schools. She just didn’t seem to fit in, everyone was settled, everyone was mature….a whiff of their aftershave didn’t just give off a scent of teenage desperation for the opposite sex; it also had an edge of the very skill of the student from their perspiration alone.
Today, after a few, was almost exactly the way she had started. Alone. Alone and lonely. Not even her true love Gerrard had shared her first ever kiss yet…. she almost expected him to show up with a bunch of roses as she kicked as empty coke can down a derelict road.
It was reaching the outskirts of the city, she could tell from the lack of death city skyscrapers; instead she wobbled down a dusty cobbled street. Lei wasn’t sure where it was leading but the fresh air might help to clean her head.
A construction site?
Even though she was being overtaken by feelings of depression she couldn’t help but be kicked with a jump of excitement from the idea off doing a little exploring. She forced herself over the fence like a baby seal after building height from a derelict rubbish container. In more time then she would’ve hoped she’d thrown herself onto a wooden beam leading up to the first concrete constructed floor.
She went on exploring the floors like a little monkey in a concrete jungle, and carried on that way for the best part of half an hour. That’s when she heard someone approaching from the other side of the half-made building…her heart stopped. What if she was caught trespassing?!
She held her breath as she clambered out onto a beam hanging off the penultimate floor to get a better look. Trying to keep as quiet as possible her eyes darted about, looking for a builder with a spanner…. or worse….a shotgun!
Her stomach was filled with pangs of nausea and she began to feel a bit dizzy…losing her stability a little.
"I don't think its safe to be doing that.."
The girls voice startled her, making her lose her balance! Lei fell head first over the edge of the beam, only being held up by her jumper catching on the edge.
“HELP!!! HELP!!! HELP!!!!!!!!”
She was hanging on for dear life, dangling upside down from a flimsy wooden beam.

While Sparrow was playing at the construction site, he was completely oblivious to the brown-haired girl trying to wave for his attention.
"I don't think its safe to be doing that.."
It wasn't until she spoke that he took notice of her. Upon hearing her voice, the Knight Meister opened his eyes to find a rather cute girl. Quickly getting onto his feet, Sparrow looked at the girl. "Hi, I'm Sparrow!", he greeted the brown-haired girl, a stupid smile plastered onto his face. From his innocent demeanor, it was somewhat obvious that the boy wasn't the brightest bulb in the box. "What's your name?", asked the boy.
However, the attempted conversation was broken with a cry for help from above. “HELP!!! HELP!!! HELP!!!!!!!!”, called a girl from above, dangling from a wooden beam. It was at this point that Sparrow's knightly instincts kicked in.
"DON'T WORRY, I'LL SAVE YOU", called out the Knight Meister as he rushed as fast as he could to get back up to the construct. Steadily, the boy had climbed up the unfinished building, occasionally faltering on his way up. Halfway up, however, his lack of balance eventually caught up to him, eventually causing him to slip and fall onto the lower level of the construct.
"Ow. . .", muttered the young boy simply, indicating he was still alive.
