This is the full list of restricted, taken, or otherwise unavailable canon characters. If a character is not listed, it means they are available.

RESTRICTED
(Restricted canons are reserved for occasional staff use and/or have an important part to play in the main storyline. These characters can still be auditioned for, but only by members of Veteran rank or higher. Two staff and a G-Mod / Admin will need to approve it, and there may be some strings attached...)

(Dead canons are a 'reserved' class of their own -- some of them, like Mifune, remain extremely popular even though they've seemingly reached their expiration date in the SE storyline. These characters CAN be auditioned for... but, as an additional requirement, a feasible explanation for their continued survival and absence of over five years will be necessary for the staff to consider letting them be roleplayed. The 'survival story' will need to be top notch to be approved.)
